What is pasteurization? Does this process destroy the nutritional values of milk?

Pasteurization is a process that consists of heating milk to a high enough temperature to eliminate certain bacteria while keeping the nutritional properties of the milk. Generally, milk is heated to 72°C (161.6°F) for 15 seconds or to 140°C (284°F) for 4 seconds. It is then cooled rapidly to a temperature of 4°C (39.2°F). No food additives are used in this process. Pasteurization makes the milk safe to drink and increases the shelf life of the product.

Is your plastic packaging recyclable?

Is it possible to buy your milk in bulk?

Yes, it is possible! Our bulk milk is available at Multiservice Vert. In addition, large kitchens in the region can order our bulk milk in order to serve you the best milk in restaurants, at conventions or in your favorite pastry shops.
